Buyer Agreement

This Buyer Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Bio Life Remedies, Inc. and applies to your buying a product / products of Bio Life Remedies, on this web site. You must read, agree with and accept all of the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

Shipping & Delivery

Our products are guaranteed safe as we ship directly to you from our one of distribution center in United State, Canada and China. Orders placed are usually shipped within two business days. We offer Express Shipping method.

Express shipping rate is charge of $9.00 to any destination in United State and Canada and $15.00 to any destination in the world except United State and Canada. Totaling $100 and above will be shipped free of charge. Orders usually take 5 to 7 days to arrive for customer in United State and Canada; 7 to 14 days to arrive for customer in the world except United State and Canada.

Note:

1. During holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.
2. We do not ship or deliver on holidays and Sunday.
3. All orders from US are shipped by USPS.
4. All orders from Canada are shipped by TNT.

Waiver of Signature

A "Waiver of Signature" authorizes delivery of the package at the carrier’s discretion (if area is secured and protected from weather) without obtaining the recipient’s signature. This option can be selected during checkout of your order. However, please note that we will not be responsible if the package is lost or damaged if this option is selected.

Tracking Packages

We will inform you via email as soon as your package is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee your satisfaction with all products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return and refund of your money. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Non Collection

All parcels will be sent as registered shipping if the "Signature of Waiver" option was not selected during checkout. If no-one is available to sign for the delivery, the parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection. If the parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified in the delivery attempt card, or as per your local postal service's policy, it will be returned to us.
In the event of Non Collection we reserve the right to apply a $5.00 administration fee and charge the full shipping cost. The full shipping cost be charged will be based on Express shipping company.
