I discovered that in order for this medication to work as expected, the patient should not try to cheat. You will see great results if you follow the directions carefully. While taking this medication I had to be sincere and follow my recommended diet and exercise. I have had Diabetes for more than fifteen years now and my level is high all the time (in the 400's). My dad, age 79, has been a type 2 diabetic for many years, taking insulin 3 times per day.
